OK - this is where the photograph isn't so much help. Basically in the picture above I am pointing to your target which is a lareg Pine tree farily close to the hedge along the road. It lies on a grass path used by joggers and between you and it lie about 80 yards of undulating lawn.

A good couple of throws across the width of the lawn and the pine becomes visible. There is a large tree right in front of it, and some holly bushes just to the left - you don't want to get stuck in these. An approach from the right and then a gentle throw underneath the pine's branches should give you par - the world is quiet here.
